Jose came up with a recruitment methodology called Instahiring, which reduces ‘hiring lag’, a phenomenon that affects quality of hiring, cost of hiring, and candidate experience. In addition, he envisioned AI-based Talent Measurement tools such as the Talview Behavioral Insights, Talview Interview Insights, and Talview Proctoring Solution.

According to The HRO Today Association Awards, the annual recognition program focuses on crucial work of HR professionals in areas like leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
