SocioRAC, a technology startup which is working in the areas of data management and privacy has launched an app called HyLyt for remote working teams. This ‘Digital India’ initiative aims to help enterprises that waste their precious time daily in browsing, gathering, and storing data.
With this single app, work teams can reduce complexity and provide fingertip access to all the information that matters at one place, files, text, messages, to-do, calendar, video calls, etc. Remote working teams can converse and collaborate within controls, thus enhancing productivity and preventing data leakage.
“With approx 1.5 billion people now working remotely, working remotely has become the new normal at least for the foreseeable future. The security and data protection needs are compromised at home, which increases the risk of exposure and inadvertent leaking of corporate and customer data,” says Rajat Singhania, Founder of SocioRAC.

“In view of the present situation, we developed this app HyLyt app that helps enterprises with data security and important content at a single place. This avoids critical and sensitive data exchange through multiple insecure channels and tools,” he further added.
The app claims to provide a reliable and secure solution to enterprises as it acts as a single source for storing data in a highly protected way. Its mobile first environment manages data for personal and business needs. Available in mobile and desktop versions, the personal version is free, while the business version is charged at an affordable cost of INR 4,000 per user.
Features
The app claims to provide a 360-degree view of all information that matters in one place by interconnecting all information on multiple parameters. It aids in finding any information instantly, even for complicated search queries.
It offers chat features like hidden chats, password protection, invisible users, structured/ organized chats using threads for work collaboration. All data from the start can be transferred from an old user to a new user within minutes.
Its security features include multi-level pin/password and IP protection. In addition, businesses can pull back data when a user leaves. Moreover, its data leakage control ensures that information is not viewable outside HyLyt and restricts people from sharing or forwarding information. It also has screenshot/copy-paste controls.
Recently, they have also added video conferencing, which accommodates up to 100 users. HyLyt also has a dashboard feature on its backend, which allows users to make different departmental groups where each team member can converse and submit its work.

Its Watchdog feature allows top-level management to keep an eye on select departments to take necessary actions to increase productivity and improve work efficiency.
